The room was beautifully decorated and extremely pleasant with coffee etc when upgraded. The hotel had indeed a perfect location close to everything the Town has to offer.

The double room was fantastic with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The room also had useful amenities like an iron/ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, and a TV. The location was marvelous, very close to the town center.

The setting was unbeatable, very close to restaurants, the shops and sea front, and very good cafes. I visited Old Marine Bar few metres away from the venue for a few drinks. Really enjoyed coffee, a lounge area, and a kettle in the room.

The location it offers is brilliant, just next door to the sea front. There's Georgies Cafe around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

Friendly and really helpful staff, just what you'd hope for. The rooms were super clean and spacious, and the décor was really nice. Having a fridge and a dining area was a great added bonus. 😊

The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to town centre. It was also not far from Hunstanton and old Hunstanton, the shops and sea front and quiet area within walking distance to shops.

The room was modern and airy, and the bathroom was large. A body wash and a soap were available there.

We stayed here for 2 nights and everything was very good. The room was nicely decorated with lovely decor. The property's location was close to a supermarket, which was convenient.

I recently stayed at a guest house in a fantastic location just a short distance from the beach. The property was easy to find and had ample parking space. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home, always going above and beyond to accommodate any requests. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, with two fans provided to keep the room cool during warm summer nights. The added bonus of fresh milk and water every day, along with a luxury coffee machine in the dining room, made my stay even more enjoyable. The personal touches and attention to detail were evident throughout the guest house.

This was understandable given the circumstances. The shower cubicle was a bit small, but there was the option of a lovely bath as an alternative.
